Typical capital guzzling company, they don't care about the needs of their tenants, it's all about money.nthe rent increases every year but no extra or better service is offered.

Unpleasant treatment when you want something fixed in the apartment, despite obvious shortcomings. But the old apartment we lived in got new wallpaper because he worked for Tjörn's housing. There were no flaws in the wallpaper, not even 6 years old.. here we have 23 year old plastic carpets that are completely worn out and wallpaper as well, and the toilet smells of damp, both me and my husband wake up with a headache every day.. no measures there too.

Unhelpful, don't care about their tenants. Sad treatment.
