It was badly organised people were waiting hours they could have not if they gave us all a booked time. Otherwise it's a very known company and cheaper than others .eventhough the apartment are a little older but they r fine and comfy.n3 stars just until they be well organised.

Went to sign a car park space contract. In and out in 10 minutes! Liam our assistant was the best! Everything went smoothly and he answered all of the questions I had and was very patient with me. 10/10 good job Liam

Now a days they are very lazy. I live with my family. They start renovating my appartment BATH ROOM one month before and still they did not finish. I have recorded many complains but still they are lazy. One month is a big time to renovate a toilet and still they want more time to finish it. Very very poor service. I am sharing the picture with all the tenants and they can imagine what they have done in 30 days. They said to us go to outside with kids to take a shower. Really very very poor service only this time. They were good before but now i am looking from last year, they are going down. Really disappointing.

One star because some of the staff was friendly. Otherwise, every single thing went bad. The people where dishonest, they tried to make me pay for someone else's mess and they're bad organisation. They failed to provide me with a clean appartement on my arrival day. Now 1 year after I left they still are trying to make me pay for dirt that was there before I came. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else

Nice and helpful staff. However, I was made to stand outside the building while they were busy attending other people. The main door was locked and they wouldn't open it. This comes after all the covid restrictions are lifted and it was literally -11° outside. Unacceptable considering they have a big, bright waiting area just inside.
