Good services
Bad system, they claimed it would have taken 10 minutes but then you have to sit for over 40 minutes waiting for a doctor!
Got an appointment on November 30th but contacted them if I could change the time to a Friday but that didn't work so I wanted to keep the time on November 30th. Got a reply that my appointment was cancelled. So now someone else has got it. Incredibly frivolous and nonchalant.
Long waiting time but prioritizing the patient once you come for an examination. Really talented opticians, eye specialists and nurses. I want to say a big thank you to Helena, Maria and the two nurses who were present during my treatment for Keratoconus. The clinic is highly recommended.
They work well,...you have to wait and they are just so. They work and we have to accept it.
