An absolute horror. Do not attend this practice unless you want to die. One would think that they would have improved the quality of their provided services throughout time, but you get met by unqualified and extremely rude doctors who only have the intention of dismissing you as quick as possible without offering a thorough evaluation. They make you feel like you are bothering them as they interrupt you mid sentence whilst you try to explain the reason behind your distress. This clinic is known for sending people home and advise them to take painkillers whilst overlooking serious medical underlying conditions. Be aware of this place if you care about your health. Would not go back even if someone paid me. I left feeling even worse than prior to my appointment and they did nothing regarding my pain or symptoms.nThe doctor named “Jonas” did somehow come to the conclusion that I have issues with my appendix, despite the fact that I described feeling tremendously unwell due to aches in my bones and severe pain underneath my left breast along with experiencing tiny red spots petechiae , which may be a cause for a more serious condition. Once I confronted him about his poor judgement, he left and came back with his babysitter that had to speak for him. Absolute joke. One would think that the supervisor he brought would make some sense, yet he was the one to dispense an even worse treatment and a lack of professionalism.

The staff were polite and professional. I was called to an exam room at the time of my appointment and the physician was there within five minutes. The physician was also polite and professional, asked open ended questions, performed an exam and answered all of my questions efficiently but without rushing. I left feeling confident about the care I received.

I visited the health center recently and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of calling me in a respectful way, I just got a finger pointing and an invitation to come. My doctor acted unprofessional and I didn't feel taken seriously. The doctor also gave me incorrect information on an important document. The front desk was also disengaged and did not help satisfactorily. I expect a higher standard of care and treatment.

Mustafa listened gave advice and was a brilliant doctor. Can recommend him, I was treated well and Mustafa was a caring doctor.

Not worth a single star! Met a very rude and not at all suitable doctor to examine a scared and depressed child today. Forced on the child who became hysterical and scared. Holding a 5-year-old who asks for more time is not ok! The child became even more frightened when this doctor did not listen to what the child said. The doctor raised his voice to the child and the child perceived this doctor as dangerous! We left VC with a child in more shock than we arrived there with!
