I got to see Dr. William who was very kind and solved my ear problems without any problems!

Terribly bad reception and when you then read your journal, it says about the foot even though you have come for a problem in your knee.nOne wonders what competence the doctors have at this reception.???

Embarrassingly bad telephone response...heard several elderly people who find it difficult to communicate and understand.nnMy old mother had to drive down to get her case resolved.nThey see that you have called many times and call back, but the question is when are they going to solve the problem with the phone booking system?!nThey must know the problemnnMy husband had to nag himself to a doctor's appointment with the appointment booker. He feels that something is not right but is questioned by the staff who will make the appointment.nConsidering changing healthcare centers.

Super satisfied with both doctor and treatment

So damn disappointed with the last visit, in 5 minutes the doctor who I have never met before makes a diagnosis. Which I believe is incorrect and I wonder how he can go against the diagnoses of my other doctors and he also makes a different assessment than my treating psychologist. She says that she must be allowed to make an assessment, I say yes you can, but I must be allowed to say how I feel and think. She gets up and says that I can see another doctor or apply to another health center. Absolutely bloody deplorable, I will report this visit. I will look for someone else. Deplorable treatment!!!!!
