Närhälsan Fristad vårdcentral och BVC

Been going there for years, and thought it couldn't get any better. Wonderful doctors and nurses, but now it has become total chaos there. Very hard to get an appointment, doctors who don't take one onnseriously, fixed call time does not work at all now, can be several hours after the best time. Have gone from 5 to 1 now, now changing care center

I've had two doctors, they did the best they could, one doctor and a qualified doctor. Then it turned out that the planned care we've agreed on is overturned by another doctor who I haven't even met and he wants to change my heart medication without even talking to me even a functioning medication for many years. I myself have been working in healthcare for 30 years, this is one of the worst treatments I have ever experienced. I could have written A4 pages how unprofessionally the management has handled this. I can recommend a new health center that will open in October in Fristad. I award 5 stars to my doctor and all the nurses

Very bad health center. Called there to get advice and possibly book a doctor's appointment due to itching. According to the nurse I spoke to, no doctor's visit was necessary, but a prescription ointment was enough. I then stated that I am addicted to Xyloproct ointment and that unfortunately it is no longer available. She would ask the doctor to prescribe another equivalent ointment.nWhen I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription ointment, the doctor had written Xyloproct rectal ointment on the prescription.nIt no longer exists, so I had to leave empty-handed!n- Lousy service!

Has been listed with Fristad health center for a year and has had a number of contacts with the health center and has never experienced any problems whatsoever.nI find the doctors I visited to be very competent and cooperate well with the patient.nOther contacts such as via telephone, 1177 and visits have been to my satisfaction.nPreviously had a private health center in BORÅS and do not regret switching to Fristad.

Never calls on time, the last time I called it was an incredibly kind and helpful nurse, but today I spoke to a really unpleasant woman who was happy to try to push someone down. The doctors don't listen to what you say and blame each other. Today, even the doctor lied about what was in the medical record. Change healthcare center immediately. Fristad care center used to be really good, but it is getting worse and worse despite all the complaints.
