Have had to use their so Calle services for 30 years and have only sen a fall in quality, service, experience and help. Have used many doctors and found their competence to be extreamly low. Playing safe with diagnoses and always needing a second opinion.nParking is difficult, as it’s often full behind the clinic. You can’t book a time there and only via homepage .nI recommend going to anywhere other than here.

Absolute rubbish - they want to question you so much that you never go there for treatment.nnDoctors change all the time, you cannot build up that doctor-patient relationship.

Many thanks to Mikaela who gave me an iron infusion today.nnI am very afraid of needles and was therefore quite nervous before the visit. At my last treatment I was stung several times before it was successful, and I didn't feel really seen in my fear and anxiety. This made me extra nervous before today's infusion.nnMikaela made me feel safe from the first moment. She took the time to explain what was going to happen, listened to my feelings and treated me with calm and understanding. The sting was barely felt at all and the whole treatment went very smoothly.nnI would also like to mention that when it wasn't successful at my previous visit, another nurse had to help, and then it also went great. It feels safe to know that there are several talented employees at the clinic.nnThank you for making me feel safe and for turning a situation that I had been very nervous about into a positive experience.

Worst possible health center. Had difficulty breathing for months. Then I got so much pain in one side that I couldn't walk, stand, sit, lie down, or cough. They didn't even want to send me for an X-ray. They blamed it on asthma and gave me new asthma medications over and over again that didn't help. Finally, I was sent to Sahlgrenska where it showed that I was dying due to an infection in one lung. I was in there for a month and received good care and am grateful that I am alive today. I have since changed health centers and that health center is checking me out properly.

Don't know why there are such bad reviews. Professional treatment from nurses and doctors. Twice within 3 weeks I have met two new doctors for me, both very professional and nice.nI could have changed health center when I moved to Alingsås 10 years ago but I want to stay with my regular doctor who is also great.
