Have had to use their so Calle services for 30 years and have only sen a fall in quality, service, experience and help. Have used many doctors and found their competence to be extreamly low. Playing safe with diagnoses and always needing a second opinion.nParking is difficult, as it’s often full behind the clinic. You can’t book a time there and only via homepage .nI recommend going to anywhere other than here.
Absolute rubbish - they want to question you so much that you never go there for treatment.nnDoctors change all the time, you cannot build up that doctor-patient relationship.
Lerum's local health care received me quickly, which felt good, they were really nice and nice in their treatment, but then I didn't get any real help. I came in two days in a row because I just got worsenworse. They completely ignored what the doctors at the digital service said and when I brought it up, they dismissed it. It didn't even take a finger prick that had shown a high infection level in the body. This resulted in me being admitted to the Östra emergency room where they said the same thing as the doctors at the digital service! When I came into Östra, I said that they at Lerum's local health care said it was just a common virus, but I had a fever of 41 degrees for the fourth day in a row and now I was starting to have respiratory problems. At Östra, they performed a lot of tests and now I have received the right help. Everything could have been avoided if the local health care had just cared about its patient and listened to their own digital doctors. I'm now changing healthcare centers after doctors I've met with said they feel safer going to a digital doctor than ever going back there.
It is so obvious that there is a clear strategy in primary care to try to screen out as many patients as possible.nnYou simply do not get help. You call to find out that there are no phone hours left. You call earlier the next day to find out that there are no free times and they cannot book one for a later day but claim that they do not have access to the appointment. You call even earlier and finally get to see a doctor. When this cannot help you ask to be referred to a specialist but you do not want to do this. Instead they tell you to try calling again another day.nnMy strong recommendation is to go directly via an online doctor such as Min Doktor where you get help at the same time as it is cheaper.
Extremely disappointing treatment. Even the people at reception should be ashamed.
