I had to change care centers to the General Practitioners in Vallda, absolutely fantastic because it didn't work to get care. I have multiple illnesses and the doctor I had could not help me at all, he was mostly interested in ending the visit.nI told, among other things, to him that I had a blood pressure that fluctuated a lot and in response I got that it can do that when you are in a lot of pain... ? He was totally uninterested in taking the blood pressure and I felt that it was pointless to continue the discussion about my health with him.nI came home and switched to GP Vallda the same day.nBlood pressure was 230/120 when I saw a serious doctor and they took care of it immediately.nIt was just one of many things that failed at Onsala care center in recent years and it is sad that it has become like this after going there for over 30 years.

Very rude staff who don't want to help. Change job..

Anders, who is a doctor here, doesn't seem to know how to behave socially. Never met a ruder doctor.

Kungsbacka municipality's absolute worst care center, poor treatment, the staff hides behind bureaucratic routines that put patients as the lowest priority. The level of service is below all criticism, constantly new doctors who lack all flexibility and lack all focus on the patient and his well-being. When you seek care here, you are only met with cheap excuses, with the undertone that if you want care, look elsewhere because we have a care system that does what is intended to make it difficult and impractical to seek care, especially for you as professional workers. Scandalously bad service and use of our tax funds. I only have one piece of advice for those of you who seek care there, change the care center immediately, I did that and I was overwhelmed by how well the service works at other care centers in our municipality. My recommendation, switch to Särö health centre, a bit further to travel but you get five-star service.
