Floda medical center and children health centre

I've been receiving spectacular health care at Närhälsan Floda for well over 15 years. Every single staff person has acted with perfect courtesy and professionalism. Deep, deep competence, and effective communication. I've never ever felt better taken care of, anywhere. Also have to add that other patients around me in the waiting room seem to have benefited from the same excellent care.

Waste of time to wait on the line for a doctor. For simple things , they send you to the hospital. They don’t. know/want to do their job properly

Like that. got a little tired that they had given me an appointment and booked for me. I still get a reminder the day before around 10:01 and when I go there in the morning at 08, I tell them that they didn't inform me that they booked a new time the day before 08:10 That they must have forgotten to call and tell me that they need to cancel, but are quick to book a new time.... however, I think they should have called and told me, or sent an SMS that they couldn't make the booked time! Didn't book a new appointment or even cancel the old one the next day.. careless, and damn annoying. Not so surprised though. Carelessness happens a lot today in healthcare, unfortunately

Absolutely the worst health center. Avoid.nSuch bad grades and experiences are not a coincidence. But great if you want to be prescribed alvedon and rest. Without visit or assessment.

Very good experience, both from nurses but above all from doctor Andreas L when we were there with children. Very professional treatment and attentiveness. The top!
