Floda medical center and children health centre

I've been receiving spectacular health care at Närhälsan Floda for well over 15 years. Every single staff person has acted with perfect courtesy and professionalism. Deep, deep competence, and effective communication. I've never ever felt better taken care of, anywhere. Also have to add that other patients around me in the waiting room seem to have benefited from the same excellent care.

Waste of time to wait on the line for a doctor. For simple things , they send you to the hospital. They don’t. know/want to do their job properly

Mostly very good, good doctors and nurses. The bad thing is that they don't always have appointments but refer you on to the emergency center in Alingsås due to a lack of appointments. They, in turn, question why the health center does not take care of it. Happened to me twice with the kids. Most recently when one of them had a ruptured eardrum due to an ear infection. Isn't that a typical health center case rather than an emergency center case?

Have almost always been satisfied but now sadly have had a bad experience with the rehab coordinator who urges me to look for a new job in the middle of a rehab process A doctor who assesses me as completely healthy without having checked how things are going at 75%... Choosing to change health center.
