Närhälsan Vårgårda vårdcentral och BVC

In October 2020 I came due to strong pain in my leg that keeps me awake at night. For more than 9 months I cannot get a diagnosis on my case. No initiative or responsibility from staff side. I have to remind about my case regularly, book a time with the doctor in each case the minimal waiting time is 1 month and suggest potential treatments. During all this time I am in constant pain, and every time I want to inform them that no treatment helps, I have to wait for the next appointment for a month or two... Very sweet people. You will get well immediately when talking to them. Very neat and clean. Medicine shop is attached to it. So can buy medicine same time. Baby center and health care is together

Have tried several times to get in touch with the health center, but each time a phone time is given to call. If mN then calls at the specified time, then the time is moved forward further.nWhat has happened to the care in Vårgårda?

Visited the health center for the first time since I moved here. Received quick and knowledgeable help from a nice professional nurse and then during the holiday period, good with a separate entrance for people with infections then they don't have to infect others during the waiting time

They hate people at this health center, especially the receptionist, I get more problems every time I try to cooperate with the staff who refuse to do the same back they stress you out instead of actually being there, why should you sit and work with this when it is clearly visible that you don't want to give a fuck how much I hate this medical center, I was even denied care once, had to pay 400 for a sick certificate with ONE SENTENCE that wasn't even approved by the airline afterwards, and now they want me to pay SEK 100 to the doctor called to ask if I'm taking my medicine, what nonsense! They only take my money but helping me and giving quality meetings is not on the list! Damn you you should be ashamed you must be the worst health center in the country and thanks to you I NEVER want to seek care again I'D RATHER DIE THAN GO THROUGH HELL WITH YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Unfortunately, I have to give one star because Google forced me to
