The worst reception I've ever met.nFirst visit:nthey tried to arranged an appointment with doctor, but suddenly the nurse said that doctor can't see me. The reason was - I need to visit ReHab first. Ok, I thought.nThe second visit:nIn a week, after visiting nearest ReHab nice and helpful, I came again to this place. You know what - the lady at the reception said she can't make an appointment at all, and I need to make it by phone.nThey don't want to help you. Just sitting on their chairs.

Called today at 7:45 and the nurse called at 8:15 saying I should come in today 8:30-10:00 at the emergency room. I was there at 8:49, around 10:15 it was my turn, a nurse said the doctor has a lot to do today and that I should come on Monday, I said unfortunately I can't next week. Then she said she would talk to the doctor. At 10:55 she came and said, as I said you can come on Monday at 12:15. I said why did you say on the phone that I should come in today at the emergency room? All the patients who were there, by the way, had received help, there was only one person before me. I had been there for 2 hours and 15 minutes without getting help. I could get an appointment otherwise in July in 2 months. Absolutely sick. Very bad treatment and does not help the patients.

I transferred to this health center a few years ago after several years of bad experiences at other health centers in Gothenburg that were rumored to be among the best in town. I was assigned a permanent doctor here right away and I have had him all the time until today and even though it is now difficult to get there because I live in Gothenburg, I would rather not change. All the staff here are nice and helpful. From the nurses who answer the phone, to the nurses at the test and the two doctors that I have experience with. Hazm Al-Salihy and his daughter Farah who also work here from time to time. Hazm is an absolutely fantastic and responsive doctor who really cares about his patients and is fully involved in their health problems. Not so common with that type of doctor anymore. Many gold stars to all of you who work here and help us in need.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Hence the star. Was there for the first time on a drop-in. Came in after an hour of waiting. The nurse who received me was a bit absent-minded and seemed tired of her job or something. She said we need to do a urine sample. I had brought a urine sample from home because the nurse I spoke to on the phone earlier said I should bring one. I had put my sample in the basket where the receptionist said I should put it. So it has been there the whole waiting time. Anyway, I was then sent to the doctor. The doctor was also very absent-minded. He didn't ask much. Just where I was in pain. Didn't listen to what I said. Prescribed penicillin for a UTI. The doctor didn't even ask about what other medications I was taking. He said the sample would be sent on. I asked when and how I would be informed of the results. He also gave a very vague answer. I didn't understand what little he said either. He spoke very unclear Swedish. The meeting was over in 5 minutes.nI still have the pain after the penicillin course.nnGave them a chance anyway and now after 1 year of being enrolled I actually have to give them 5 stars. They have really taken good care of me. The one who spoke unclear Swedish left and I got a really good doctor. A young guy who after over 1 and a half years unfortunately chose to continue studying but now I have had a woman who is great. Very good! I also want my children and husband to be enrolled there. The place has become very good!

Switched from the doctor's office to local health care and am very satisfied! The doctors, nurses, etc. are great! I always get help and since I am currently very sick, the doctors are good at following up and the nurses are respectful and listen! Very satisfied!
