Worse car rent experience ever... less than a quarter fuel tank in hybrid car is 15 L!!!! Pay with insurance cover for one day almost 150 km almost 600 kr... Are you kidding me... What!!!!

I filled my car with gas today, and I wanted to pay in cash, so I pressed the “Pay at kiosk” button 3 times and waited for about 5 minutes and the pump did not open, until I entered the store and asked the employee, and she replied that I had to pay first!! Well, would you please put a sign outside so the customer knows that? So he does not wait a long time and press the “Pay in kiosk” button repeatedly to no avail!

Came back after a horrible experience at this OKQ8 station. Was at the automated wash here on Tuesday and that left abrasive scratches on the car. Ofc as it’s a drive-in drive-out I noticed it only after I reached home. I called their customer service on Thursday and they advised to visit the station which I did on Friday when I was asked to visit on Monday when the boss is there. Today when we visited the manager refused to even come and have a look at the scratches and put all the effort in instead shifting blame liability I would have understood. The staff needs to be better at customer service.nnLong story short : if you have a choice don’t use the car wash at this station.

It's okay as petrol stations go but it gets 5 stars because it now has a 'Starbucks on the go' in store!
