Really bad experience!!! Bought a voucher for diesel for 1000sek. Spent around 900 sek, because I had fuel in my car, when asked about my money back, they tried to refuse to give it to me. The worker called to the boss, and I had to deal with him, he tried to tell me that the policy was that you buy a voucher and you dont get anythink back if you didnt use it all of it. But speaking logically, if you didnt spent it because by mistake you had an amount of fuel in your car, you have a right to get left over back. Actually you can do it in circle k for sure, I did it many times, you get the change. The boss was like laughing at the issue, but after the end he agree to give me my money back, which it was 80sek. Never going back to shell and to this petrol station in particular. Remember no one is allowed to take your money, even if you are unhappy about the item or service, such a policy doesnt exist!!!!

The Service-Guy was able to speak German. That was funny and cool at the same. I liked the gas station:-

Good fuel for nice car. The bestest fuel in the world. I know Shell from 32 years ago.

It is a very good place to stop and have something to drink..

I had bad experience with fuel from shell petrol station in general, for this station in particular have a good coffee and friendly staff.
