Disappointing Experience at Orrefors OutletnnI was very disappointed with my visit to the Orrefors outlet. The glass blowing demonstration was underwhelming and did not meet expectations.nnI purchased several items and arranged for them to be shipped to the USA. Unfortunately, the items were poorly packed and arrived broken. There was no offer of replacement, only a refund—and even that process was slow.nnTo make matters worse, credit cards were not accepted for the refund. I was required to use a bank wire transfer and absorb a significant fee.nnOverall, this experience was frustrating and regrettable. I would not recommend purchasing items for shipment from this location.

Bought a vase 27/9 and the morning after i noticed some cracks in the class which weren’t there in the evening. Then I tried to take it and when I just touched it then the bottom exploded in pieces. Very disappointed

The sales staff I encountered were, untrained, under-qualified and utterly rude. Instead of assisting customers, they stood and gossiped behind the sales counter. I repeatedly informed them about damaged items in their stores, yet no response. I asked for help several times, yet no response. Sales associate Mathilda was particularly ineffective and poorly chosen for her position. I apologize to all international visitors on behalf of Sweden for this sad face of an important tourist attraction

A lot to shop for and look at. The restaurant and bar is also top class.
