Örums Nygård Österlen Farm Hotel Spa & Conference

We had a superb time at Örums Nygård. We got one of their newer rooms which was super nice. Comfy bed, fresh bathroom and very nice products plus slippers and bathrobes. We also got to enjoy the spa area which was included in the stay and unlimited something I had been missing from other countries. The spa area consists of a jacuzzi, a sauna, a lagom warm pool and some sitting areas to chill and rest. And the surroundings, amazing!nOn top of this, very friendly staff who were completely service oriented at all times. We couldn't try their restaurant but they seem to have cool outdoor events Wed to Sat we were there on a Sunday night.

Worst experience of all the hotels I have lived in! One night including two-dish dinner for 2.95k kr. And what happened last night has deeply traumatized us. After an okay gåsmiddag which cannot compare to the best and only one I had before, we went to the public pool area. Around 9:45 pm when we was swimming in the pool, I heard some weird noise from the bubble pool, well it turned out to be moaning in public after passively hearing it for a while, which is so disgusting and shameless. There were also a few other people there but no staffs around to ask for help so we left the area directly, went to try to find someone to talk to, didn't get hold of them.nJust when I thought nothing could be worse, at 2am I was woken up by the people having sex at the room nearby, the horrible sound proofing in the hotel made everything pretty clear and well heard. I was not able to fall asleep after that. I feel like the saying could describe it: spend money to buy suffering. I had planned to swim in the pool in the morning and of course after all these I feel sick thinking about going to the pool.nAt the checkout we raised the issue to the reception, and we got answer that this is not the hotel's fault/responsibility. I wonder what is, having staff to supervise while the pool is open is not the responsibility of the hotel? Improve the sound proof of hotel rooms so guests have privacy is not the responsibility of the hotel? Is it my responsibility as a guest then? To just suffer all these or to be a hotel police?nOther than these, the service is good, the food is fine. Attached photo is the pool area.

We were greeted warmly and showed around the hotel by the very friendly hostess. The room was big with a impressive view over the fields surrounding the hotel. The spa was nice, with a self service bar. We had a three course meal in the evening, the food and wine was really good. The staff was all very nice and friendly. We had a great time! So why didn't I give this place five stars? Well we thought the sound volume in the restaurant was too loud, it was really hard to hear what the other person said. Add a bit more sound proofing and it will be perfect. We still warmly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

i went to the spa and the massage was ok but the pool is so small and overall very boring and not worth the money. there was one changing room for each gender but you could barley fit three people in there. the women go in the men’s changing room and unless you want like fifteen 70 year old women to stare you down and judge you not worth the money

It is one of The most far away places I have been staying on. But absolutley The best. Everything is perfekt, peace and quiet and The most amazing staff ever. Tanken you for a wonderful stay
