Rasta Safe Parking

Instructions aren't very clear. I paid 15 hours prior to leaving the lot, haven't received any SMS with the QR code to leave at the barrier, no receipt. Luckly I had to leave around 7:30am so the barriers were opened by the personnel, but what if I had to leave at night? They could clearly upgrade their payment methods.

I paid the parking but I didn’t received any sms with the qr code. How the hell I am going to get out in the morning ?

As of June 20, 2026, parking is free because the entrance is still open and there's a notice about ongoing payment system changes. I inquired at the restaurant, and the employee confirmed it was free for now. Something must be wrong, as I saw numerous comments about text messages not being received, etc.

I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this mess. You don't receive any payment confirmation. You don't receive any text messages with the code. You can email them, but you won't get a response until Monday ;nnThe parking lot is nice, but they didn't bother to install even a single trash can.

I drove in without paying at 4:00 PM, walked to the gate, paid through the device near the gate, and immediately received a QR code.
