Contacted seller to view 2 cars. They confirmed opening hours then I drove 145km to view the cars. When I arrived the cars were not prepared for test driving. Seller suggested I did not let him know. I reminded him of our email with the car registration numbers and desciption in the message.nnAdditionally one of the cars was advertised as Volvo Selekt with volvo guarentee but I was informed when I arrived that it was now out of the volvo guarentee period. I was offered 3 months guarentee instead, but of course the price of the car remained the same.nnCompared to other volvo dealers I have interacted with Vänersborg/Lila Edet/Varberg/Hisingen, this has been my worst so far.

Not recommended.nnVisited the place to buy a fully equipped Volvo EX60 P10 and trade in a car with low mileage.nnBut they saw their chance that there is someone who is early on looking for a new one and offered as much in trade-in as similarly equipped cars of the same make, year and model on Blocket that had gone ten times as far.nIn addition, there was a long delivery time for the Volvo EX60 and therefore they could not guarantee the trade-in value upon delivery.nBut you should sign a binding contract on the new car without knowing what you will get in trade-in upon delivery. Then they can give an even lower shameful offer upon delivery since you have ordered a new car.nnThey also suggested that they could buy the car outright and that you should rent a car until the new one arrives. So renting a car for 7-8 months is just crazy and also considering how late the Volvo EX90 was, it was not a good suggestion.nnAll they wanted was to shift all the risks onto the customer.nnNo, do yourself a favor and go to another dealer.

Nothing wrong with the service or the customer service. But they charge 1300 SEK for a software update, something that should be included in the service according to Volvo unless the workshop itself charges for the service.
