The world's worst customer service. Not only do they come 60 minutes late to an agreed time. The service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. They really didn't have any kind of professional behavior or service. Despite obvious errors that I found on the vehicle that they had missed. They didn't want to feel sorry for or take responsibility. My tip is that you choose another reception. They really had zero knowledge of the facility in Getinge.

No friendly staff at all, won't come and ask about KVD car again.
