The commitment shown by the staff and the friendliness they showed us were second to none.nnOn a Friday afternoon, the mechanics were already on their way home from work when they fixed a deafening scratching and squeaking noise from our rear wheel. At a volume that had passers-by 100+ meters away looking at us.nnThe employee tried all options, partner companies etc. In the end, one of the mechanics at his end of the day approached by the nice employee saved our remaining vacation in Sweden.nnHe did a short test drive, took a closer look several times and found the problem: a small stone had got caught somewhere in the wheel and was causing the noise.nnOur relief at being able to continue driving without any problems can hardly be put into words. A 5-star service in a class of its own!nnThank you very much!

Hello! Got my new Mersa, very happy with the car, very good and friendly staff at Hedins in Varberg!

Substandard service!nnPicked up our new lease car at 3:30 p.m., was back at 5:00 p.m. with a tow truck because a major fault with the car which caused it to stop in the middle of the road. We didn't get any form of compensation from the seller, even though we asked for it, in response we got that they would be responsible for the rental car after day 7, that's it. When the salesmen went home for the day, I remained waiting for a taxi to go to a competing company and pick up a rental car.nnAnd as the icing on the cake, we barely made it inside the door, so the invoice for the first month's leasing cost was thought that the car had not left Hedin's car Varberg.nnWill not recommend Hedin Bil Varberg to anyone unfortunately, never again!
