We had a blast with the traditional tables, fish, and vegetarian recipes, not to mention the delicious desserts. All in all, we spent just under 1000k ~90€ for four dishes, a salad, drinks, and dessert. The portions were good. The outdoor seating within the courtyard was nice. Salmon and lamb patty was good. It's a self order and pick up. We came in just in time and placed our orders before a very long queue started forming.
The restaurant is located in an area known for its boardwalks, not far from the amusement park. After the entrance, a large outdoor terrace with trees and flowers greets guests. A great place to wait in line is the long corridor leading to the cash register. Traditional Swedish home cooking with influences from the continent is available for purchase. The serving areas, both indoors and outdoors, are incredibly attractive and inviting. When I went there, there were many people there. The lamb steaks I had with potatoes, bean salad and rosemary were delicious. The cost included coffee and table water, along with bread and butter.
We had a great meal at Blå Porten on Djurgårdsvägen in Stockholm. We tried the tomato soup and lamb patty—both were really tasty! The portion sizes and prices were very reasonable. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a calm atmosphere. Our food was ready quickly, and everything about the experience was just great. Definitely a nice spot to stop by if you’re in the area!
We visited this beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous courtyard, surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating and even a small fountain. The coolest part was definitely their system — they had a kind of buffet where you could help yourself, but while you were in the buffet line, a staff member would come and take your main course order. So by the time you reached the counter, your main dish was ready, and you could also choose from a big selection of typical Swedish pastries. It gave you such a great mix of everything!
