This review is not from a recent visit — we were in Stockholm during the spring and spent one evening at this restaurant. From the outside, it’s quite discreet and easy to overlook, but once you step inside, you immediately understand why it’s included in the list of the “101 Best Steak Restaurants.” And in our opinion, it absolutely deserves its place on that list.nnWe had made a reservation in advance, which is something we would strongly recommend to anyone planning a visit, as the restaurant gets busy quickly. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, with a stylish yet relaxed vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away.nnThe menu is a dream for any meat lover, offering a wide selection of steak and other meat dishes, each sounding better than the last. I would have gladly tried almost everything on the menu if it had been possible in just one evening. We settled on a few selections and were not disappointed — the meat was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly of high quality.nnService throughout the evening was friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Our server gave good recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed.nnThe pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. It felt like excellent value for money.nnAll in all, it was a fantastic dining experience, and should I return to Stockholm in the future, this place will definitely be on my list again. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good steak in a great setting.
Best steakhouse I’ve ever been to! I liked it so much I went twice during my trip. The steaks are out of this world, especially the Porterhouse and the Galicia Ribeye. Perfectly cooked, amazing flavor, and great quality. A must-visit for any steak lover!
Great meats, wine and service. Indeed one of the best meat restaurants worldwide.nBut I am not sure that it is worth such a high price.nThe atmosphere is overall good, but design could be a bit better
TALK ABOUT GOOD STEAK. Oh wow! Everything was amazing. Even the sides were great, don’t fill up on them though. At a table of 6, not one person was disappointed. They were also accommodate some of our food sensitivities.nn10/10
Hidden in what looks like an apartment is one of the best restaurants in Stockholm. AG is consistently highly rated and easy to understand why - the steak menu is pages long, sourcing steak from different continents and different cuts to suit preferences. Service was efficient and professional and loved the choice of sides accompanying the steak. Recommended
