SATS Värmdö

I like the layout of the gym. I particularly enjoy the group classes, the hot studio and the sauna in the changing rooms. The “normal” group training room is a little too small for 40 people - which are the max attendees of some group classes like Shape Up and Tabata. With all the equipment weights and box 40 people barely have space to move freely. Maybe consider making the group size smaller? Otherwise I love this gym location!!

I came back this year and the lying leg curl machine is still one. We make line for it..

Dirty, small and outdated gym. At over 650kr per month it's far too expensive.

The gym is large and diverse with the different equipment.
