I started in January 2023 and then participated in the Weight trainer lifestyle program. I lost 13 kg in 12 weeks. In addition to my weight, my age was measured. I was then 67 years old. Measured as 61 years old at the start and ended as 52 years old. We trained in a smaller PT group 3-4 times/week. It was great! Then I continued and dared to try all kinds of groups. Committed instructors on all sessions. A year has passed and I have kept the weight and gained strength and joy. Tried other gyms, but STC is reasonably small and with a generous atmosphere. Many good groups and dance sessions. The reception top. The price is low in relation to the supply. Now it has also become cleaner which is good! I don't do strength training that much, but at least I have received instructions and programs for it. Many new machines have arrived in the last year. Really enjoy it there.

Unfriendly and unclear staff.nA girl working the front desk told us we needed to buy another gym card with a parent to get in. When we fixed it with another member of staff, she went through the whole gym class and gave us looks and talked to the girl we fixed the gym card with and said that we wouldn't be allowed to have a weekly card because my friend was only 15 years old which it doesn't say anything about . Then they changed the card we bought to a day card that only worked today. They also didn't say anything until we got home and we didn't get the money back.nWe ourselves were not rude to the staff and we did as she said, but we are not satisfied with how they handled the situation and that they did not say anything earlier.
