Pointless bus stop Stop B, none are marked servicing UL lines that alternate between this B stop and another one A near by on a different street with no markings on which one to wait at. Multiple complaints have been lodged for this reason and people missing their bus with buses leaving only every hour or more. Traffic planning is aware of the problem and doesn’t seem to care enough to remedy the issue. The customer service agent was kind, caring, honest, and helpful. If only his superiors put in the same efforts with their job.
