Stockholm Arlanda Airport T4

Terminal 4 security control is awful. It took us 1.5 hours!!!! to pass it. Out of 4 begs they went through every without finding anything forbidden. The security personnel is VERY slow.nI had good experience of flying through Terminal 5, so be aware of long queues in terminal 4.

The bus didn’t stop at Terminal while at least me and 5 other passengers were waiting. It just continued its way !nMore incredible, the customer service that I contacted to claim informed me that my ticket was scanned , as if I took that bus.nThey didn’t reimburse the ticket and I had to buy train tickets instead to reach my destination.

Terminal 4 is quite poor, first you have to wait and queue on the stairs to pass security control which is quite slow controlling . Inside the space is minuscule and quite old.

The shops closes at an unpropitious time, at 19 everything was closed.nnThe duty free is the most ridiculous I have ever seen, expensive and small.n175 kr for a chocolate box!!nYou can’t buy wine if you travel to the EU thanks prohibitions of Systembolaget!!nI’ll give 0 stars if it was possible!

Worst Airport, they have a policy, that all liquids you have need to be in one small plastic bag per person that they give you, if you wanna travel with it even if everything is under 100mlnHat to throw stuff away that was collectively worth like 50€ because they wouldn’t let me keep it and were really rude und aggressive towards me, one guy even screamed at the counter, by far the worst airport experience I ever had
