Stockholm Arlanda Airport T4

Terminal 4 security control is awful. It took us 1.5 hours!!!! to pass it. Out of 4 begs they went through every without finding anything forbidden. The security personnel is VERY slow.nI had good experience of flying through Terminal 5, so be aware of long queues in terminal 4.

The security control is terrible. All the liquids has to fit in one transparent bag because their scan machine is old , otherwise you can’t bring all the liquids with you on board. Even if the EU law only maximise 100ml, they limit the number of liquids. It’s a shame.

The bus didn’t stop at Terminal while at least me and 5 other passengers were waiting. It just continued its way !nMore incredible, the customer service that I contacted to claim informed me that my ticket was scanned , as if I took that bus.nThey didn’t reimburse the ticket and I had to buy train tickets instead to reach my destination.

Terminal 4 is quite poor, first you have to wait and queue on the stairs to pass security control which is quite slow controlling . Inside the space is minuscule and quite old.

The lack of space and seats is immense maybe it was the time of the day morning but the planning side of operations could improve wastly. For an international terminal it is more like a domestic flights terminal. I could count only 4 small places to grab some food/coffee or snack this was where you had flights going all over Europe and they were packed.nnDisappointed.
