Very bad experience with this kommune when living there. One particlular person I had to deal with was extremely rude, hanging up the phone without saying goodbye, spelling my name wrong on official letters, talking over myself and my partner and just generally unpleasant way of treating people. Very happy none of my income tax money goes to this kommune anymore, being dealt with so disrespectfully was not acceptable at all
