Very friendly and helpful staff! The place is also great!

Usually there's a queue and a lot of people but the staff try as much as they can to help. One can have help with issues regarding försäkringskassan and arbetsförmedlingen.

I wanna say thank you soo much to the wonderful persons in skatteverket malmo. The staffs are very approachable and helpful.Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions to them. Very good and satisfying service. Goodluck to everyone

Efficient service once everything is in order, but the extremely long waiting times coupled with the bureaucratic processes of this system make it very difficult to get anything done. I have gone and started an administrative process 7 times until I finally was able to complete it. I would recommend going over each and all the rules beforehand - bring more documents than are required just in case.
