Hi! When I was here about 7 years ago I had a good service experience. But something strange happened note this is 100% serious. When I was about to sign my signature on a piece of paper the lights went out and you could hear a loud bang! However, this did not take away from my positive customer experience and that is why I am still a proud customer of Sparkbanken and Swedbank!

I needed to renew my BankID today and got all the help I needed. Of course they also checked that the new one worked. Great!

Super nice girl who did everything she could to help everyone even though there were over 20 people standing in line. Also with a smile on her face and without visible stress.

I have always been happy with the service here, but yesterday I needed help from customer service. There was ONE agent and many in line. One woman had waited an hour for her turn and left without being helped. Several others left as well. I understand that it is holiday time and it was the middle of lunch, but your customers may also be on a lunch break from their jobs and need service. After a while, a second agent came and the line started to move. It is important that more agents can be called in to customer service if a case with a customer takes a long time.
