Good service

The bank had its glory days long ago. Really bad service and lousy treatment. Private customer for many years and wanted to open a business account, it didn't work. Contacted SEB, it took two weeks and then it was ready.

Worthless bank. A lot of people think I'm taking in, but it's really not like that!nnImpossible to reach or get help. Appointments for counseling are several months away. Asking them for help feels like the biggest task you have that day. You can call 10 times before they answer.nnThey should really invest in training staff to be professional, matter-of-fact and prompt. This is a bank that is demanding, you should ideally own millions but if you don't, you are worth nothing in their eyes.nnSWITCHING BANK ASAP!

Difficult to get hold of on the phone. Waited for almost 40 minutes in the phone queue without them even answering!

A bit sad to have to sit and wait just to get into your bank account.
