Sparbanken Alingsås

Called today and after several minutes of waiting I got the message that there were over a hundred people ahead of me in the queue. You earn significant sums thanks to the Riksbank's interest rate increases. Hire more people to be able to handle customer problems more efficiently.

The office in Lerum unfortunately has very poor service for drop-in cases. It often takes over an hour even though there are not many people in line. Never seen more than one staff behind the counter.nIt is unclear where the problem lies, but what I perceived as a customer is that the staff is slow and inefficient.nSad as I am generally a satisfied savings bank customer. But I really refrain from visiting the office in Lerum.

BAD TREATMENT OF STAFF,nLONG WAITING TIME DESPITE THREE STAFF ON SITE.nDIRECTED ME COMPLETELY WRONG AND GAVE WRONG INFORMATION

Having insurance through Sparbanken or Swedbank is not a good experience if you change banks. I had to go to the bank in person because I didn't have the phone bank it had been cancelled and was able to identify myself. It's such a long story that I can't bear to print it - but I signed documents digitally on the spot and they ask me to sign additional documents in the internet bank. Call Sparbanken, who connects me to customer service. Which then does NOT sit with insurance matters even though I clearly said that it applies. So now they couldn't connect me to an insurance advisor and I have to sit and wait for a call. This is not a criticism of any individual employee on the phone or in person because everyone is doing what they can to solve it - but the whole structure at Sparbanken/Swedbank and Tre kronor which does not have a customer service is a very bad combination. Sad experience after leaving the bank, but makes it clear that I will never use either Sparbanken or Swedbank again. I must have spent over 7 hours on this matter in the car, on the phone etc.

I am honestly shocked at the poor service given when elderly people need help! Some of the employees at this bank absolutely do not belong in a service profession!!
