Being treated badly and when you have problems that you can still prove there are answers to, they deny. Don't get help when you need it.nBeen a loyal customer for over 40 years, but being treated very badly.nThey have also fallen on the hook when you turn to other banks, which are nevertheless helpful and solve the problems.nDespite doing the right thing, they make trouble instead of helping.nSome staff should look for other professions where you don't have to deal with dealing with other people.

The staff on site is absolutely fantastic. They are not the ones I give 1 star, but Swedbank and the entire Swedish banking system itself. How can you wait 30 minutes to cash a check only to be forwarded to Nordea - which is not even my bank. The whole system is a bad joke. Banks should be banned from making a profit until they actually benefit the common people…nnAs I said, the staff is great though! 5 stars

Tried to get an appointment to get help with transferring an inheritance but they didn't go because had to transfer the money first, after calling Swedbank 4 times and my father visiting the office 3 times and also referring to another bank where not even the inheritance existed without the inheritance would be moved from swedbank accounts. We finally had to ask the funeral home for help, they at least know what they are doing.
