Super easy stay. We had self checkin on the app which was so straight forward and easy, removing the usual checkin struggles of a hotel. They also allowed us to check in earlier because we requested it which was super helpful for our schedule. The room itself was very clean with a cozy bed and a kitchen bathroom and a cupboard. They supplied a hairdryer and a steamer, coffee some tea options. It was clean. A preference thing only to mention is we were two people on a double bed and we only had two pillows one each which felt a bit lacking. I typically like to sleep with two pillows, but that’s just a preference. The location is about 30 minute on transport which was honestly very easy but the walk is 50 minutes plus so not ideal for a short tourist stay where you want to be in the centre. Well connected though with different transport options. Overall 10/10 stay with was perfect for our long weekend trip
My overall impression of the hotel was generally positive. The room matched the photos: modern, clean, and well equipped. There was a convenient TV that allowed phone connection, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a large refrigerator, so it was easy to cook and feel at home.nBreakfast was included in my stay. It was quite standard, nothing particularly impressive, but suitable for those who do not want to spend time cooking. I also appreciated that the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had a very early flight.nnNow to the downsides. Towards the end of my stay I noticed that the bed linen was torn. I also found some trash such as candy wrappers under the mattress pad, apparently left by previous guests. This raises concerns about the hotel’s policy requiring guests to clean the room before checkout, take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and return everything to its original state. It seems that the cleanliness of the room before arrival depends entirely on how well the previous guest cleaned, and judging by the trash under the mattress, this is not always reliable.nOverall, the hotel is comfortable, but the cleaning policy and the issues I found significantly affected my impression of the stay.
The best shower I've ever used in a hotel. Is located in a good region but at night don't have many things to do if you want to enjoy you need to go to other region.
I had a horrible visit and the reason is because the door to my room had some kind of error. so i had to make a few calls to various different people, very unproffesional people on the phone. took them hours to send somebody to come and open the door for us. when i finally managed to get inside was around 5 am, and checkout was in the morning a few hours later. i have great understanding of systems not working or malfunctioning, since i work in tech. and so i felt no need to get upset, errors happen. when i send in for customer service of the company that i would want a compensation for not being able to use my room during the night, they refused to give me any. only thing they would offer was 10% discount for next visit. no thanks. and it messed up the mood for the roadtrip aswell.
I booked the accommodation via Hotel special with agreed price 2880kr and agreed terms of payment on the day of arrival.nSkyapartments contacted me directly and said that I must to pay now, which was not a problem for me but they increased the invoice for 3600kr.nEven as per official website the room costing 3200kr including cleaning and taxes.nNow they are telling me that I can cancel booking with the hotel special if I do not agree to pay, which I can not do for free.nPlease be aware about this.
