The “HäringeStone” has been known since the beginning of the 19th century, after that it had disappeared for a while but was found back in 1865. It then lay with its carved side down and just west of Häringe garden, thus quite close to the ruin of Sotes castle at Landfjärden. The stone was moved and now stands on the grass hill directly in front of the castle's eastern wing and next to Margurite and Axel Wenner-Grens grave. It is 129 centimeters high and 75-80 centimeters wide, a piece of its top is missing and it has a damage on its left side. The ornament consists of a runeworm whose neck and tail are locked with an Irish leash.
