Spelhörnan I Surahammar

Helpful, handsome and always smiling. It's worth sending a parcel or lottery ticket here.

Such terrible bad style to change the opening hours by just putting up a note right outside the store and not editing it either online or notifying the companies you act as parcel agents for. In this case, it became extra noticeable and annoying when I had a package to pick up and I cycled to the store despite a 38 degree fever and arrived about 20 minutes before you were supposed to close according to the opening hours that can be found on both Postnord's app and online. It absolutely does not feel right as a customer to have to travel about 30 minutes one way only to then discover that you have closed 1 hour earlier than you yourself stated. Very annoying and above all badly done!

I like that they started selling E-liquids for vapers. A small minus there for the flavor selection that runs out quickly.nPlease update changed opening hours also online. Even temporary ones.nOtherwise great service and nice staff.

I think they should open earlier, you have to stand and wait until 10, but he gets the packages at 9, very bad, yes, I think many people should call the post office and complain about his opening hours so he gets rid of them. Otherwise, good staff, always nice.

Nice and good servicenRegards Roger
