Please listen to the phone call between me and Marlene from Capio! She is not customer service-minded and should not be working with people at all. I want you to listen to *all* the phone calls between me and her so that you understand why I'm so unsatisfied with the support.nnThis is a disgrace to Vårdcentralen i Broby. I believe she has no actual involvement with them other than booking appointments!

Went as a tourist because feeling unwell, they told me I had to book an appointment by phone .. on the phone you can’t speak to anyone just a machine that said they would phone me back at a designated time … never phoned me … I booked 3 times for the phone call but nothing … very disappointed with this place .

No attention at all.

You need to be a trained doctor to cope with life if you apply here.nMy son had sky-high blood pressure and extremely low blood pressure, general unwellness with vomiting and fatigue etc. They sent my 19-year-old son home with blood pressure medicine, it almost killed him. They failed to take action even though they saw alarming values, he should have been sent straight to ICU. He deteriorated greatly with each passing day and when he could barely stand on his legs he was sent to CSK, admitted to ICU where they did not think his life could be saved. Today, he receives dialysis every day while waiting to receive a new kidney. The doctors at CSK get 5 stars for how amazing they are.nI hope that no one else is mistreated at Osby VC as my son was.
