Does not keep the time you were given, long wait before you get time to take samples

Gets a phone appointment from the doctor to be called about 10.15. Sitting by the phone and waiting but no one calls. After 45 min I try to call VC myself, I get a phone voice saying that I will be called in 5 min. Nothing happens. This is disrespectful and not ok. My time is worth as much as yours at VC. Sharpen yourselvesnWhen I do get a call, the response is great.

I don't understand how you can function as something in healthcare. When a person seeks care who has intense pain, they sit and wait for almost 2 hours and nothing happens other than a district nurse checks on them. Stop saying he went to seek help elsewhere.. shame on you.. And you shouldn't even get a star, but have to give to be able to write about you.

Fantastic good treatment on the phone, as well as at the reception. Have met several different healthcare providers here and have always been well taken care of and received prompt care. Only plus from my side.
