If you do not know all the Swedish terms, do not get an appointment with a doctor and consider your case not urgent, if you are not Swedish, do not get help even if you die of pain. This is not the first time that I have dealt with this way but I expected that they may have replaced the crew or the situation improved a little but unfortunately it is a shameful thing. I should put a star but you never deserve it.n-5 star

Dreadful, you have to tell some random person on the phone the reason for your appointment!! Lots of people would feel uncomfortable about that as some medical conditions are embarrassing or very personal. Not impressed at all with this, as I said it was personal and that I was uncomfortable with speaking about it on the phone. So inflexible and impersonal, you're meant to help people, not make them feel worse and humiliated. Warning Patient confidentiality doesn't exist here.

Horrible experience. Personnel are slow and not caring and even worse. When you call for a time they do not know they own opening hours and send you there so you get to queue for hours.

One star simply because I cannot give 0 star for the worst experience
