Incredibly difficult to get in touch with the health center. It is not possible ! to call there and talk to someone. There is only call-back as an option and if you don't answer, you're fired. Web bookings might have made sense. After all, it is 2024 and even the local bowling alley has had web booking now for almost 10 years..
My review of HMC Bjärred can be summed up very simply! Super easy to get listed on there Super hard to get help or get in touch with them after that! I don't think they want contact with customers!
Super happy with the attention. Especially the woman who works in the laboratory has been very helpful on several occasions.
Hard to reach them, hard to get help. Waited 3 weeks for a test response that was never sent.
Such a friendly treatment and I felt listened to!
