Rydebäck vårdcentral

Wanted to call to ask for advice and ask how a process worked but the woman I spoke to was rude, talked down to me and talked to me like a child. When I explained that I didn't appreciate her way of talking, she hung up! Totally speechless right now. I'm calling because that I am sick and need help and this is how they handle patients.nnToo bad no one wants to take responsibility...

There is a big difference now compared to before! Amazing doctors and nurses at the test! Always nice treatment, so grateful!

Sad to have so many bad doctors in one place. Arrogant, stressed, seem to have neither knowledge, time nor interest in their patients.nHeard many people with a similar experience to me from Rydebäck's VC, but they can write here themselves.

I have been to the Rydebäck health center a few times due to various illnesses. I have not seen the same doctor once. The doctor is never updated on my records and I have to tell them everything over and over again. The doctor is there for no more than 1 or 2 months. The doctor does not explain, does not tell you the consequences of a medicine that you receive, a couple spoke very bad Swedish.nThe receptionists are not polite.nIt takes a long time to get a return call.nA doctor said a physical therapist would contact me, and he didn't.nI do not recommend this clinic at all.

Bordering on rude treatment by reception/nurses. Seems like they don't like their job and are tired of working with people. Writing after it is my third visit with the same treatment.
