Little hope of getting help.nYou have two options: you feel worse and go to the emergency room or you get better on your own!

Bad treatment does not look after the patient's best interests or needs. Doctors do not examine patients, bring in counselors for assessment. WORST TREATMENT!!!!!!

Just want to renew my medication that I have been taking for several years but got a response that I needed to get an assessment from a nurse. Called and got a phone appointment but almost 2 hours later still no one has called. Now also in a digital queue to chat with someone but even there it is difficult to even get to the option of talking to a human being. Not at all satisfied with my treatment so far and I still need my medication.

The incompetence at the reception desk is hard to describe.nHere, they could have saved money by replacing the person with a computer.nThe staff at the counter create no value at all, read what is on the computer screen, no thought process of their own. I can read on a screen myself, even key in a social security number and scan a bill.nnIt's at the level of the former Soviet Union.nnAt the post office:nn-Oh, no, you can only buy stamps today. You have to come and buy envelopes tomorrow when that counter is open!nn-But the envelopes are there, can't you just sell me one, I've driven several miles!?nn-The rules say that.......nnIt takes an extra special kind of person not to see this idiocy. No matter how stupid it is, they obey, like robots.
