I was just at the physiotherapist Sebastian Frennessen's and it was the best and nicest treatment I have received in healthcare in many years. He is the first person in healthcare who listens to me, believes in me and takes me seriously in over 10 years. I finally felt understood after so many attempts to get help.nI hope this reaches him and that he realizes that his patient/patients are incredibly satisfied and grateful.

If you are not satisfied with the care, report it to the patient committee and IVO. We got the best possible help in Lund and at the children's department in Hbg... My son is feeling better today but is not yet completely healthy... If I had listened to clear care in Bjuv, my son would have been dead today.
