I give this reception 2 stars.nUnfortunately, they have no follow-up of patientsnand does not take the patient seriously,nI don't trust my doctor,nor some nurses who are very unempathetic and nonchalant in their advicenI could write in detail how bad the quality of care is in Förslöv in my opinion.nbut choose to give my rating here because I also don't think anyone in charge can handle their health center either or care.

Moved to this health center because I heard good things about it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite. As a heavily pregnant woman and in a risk group, you shouldn't have to cry and nag to be vaccinated against influenza and covid at ANOTHER CARE CENTER !! because your own have no appointments and they refer you to another clinic.nnYou have good doctors, but trying to get hold of one is hopeless. Took two months to get a phone appointment with my doctor to get help with my medication.nnThis constant chasing to get help and be heard.nnUnder all criticism!!

Säkert bra läkare men är det rimligt med nästan sju veckors väntetid för att komma till läkare?

Worst, refusing to accept patients. Me who thought it was a health center's job. Apparently, it's more important to have coffee and complain about your salary. Put the place down, or at least the totally incompetent receptionist!

It can't get any worse. That's the best I can say. Lacks competence to take care of things that the health center is supposed to take care of. Believes to have the power to take care of things that are taken care of by specialists in specialist clinics. To book an appointment, you must first book an appointment to be able to book an appointment. Absolutely does not meet the waiting times that health centers have to keep in terms of time for doctor visits etc. They simply don't want any patients here.
