The health center Nyhem

I must say that there is a racist nurse at Nyhem Vårdcentralen. She personally caused my treatment to be delayed on two separate occasions. However, when I went to the health center the next day with the same complaints, I was able to receive care from a different nurse. Bad people can appear anywhere, but as good individuals, we will always strive to be a step ahead!nI sincerely hope that racism comes to an end in this crucial healthcare sector.

The service was wonderful all the stuff are kind and friendly

I went to talk with the receptionist to ask a few questions as I am an international student and don't know how healthcare works here. I was told I cannot make an appointment in person and have to ring them so I did. Phone goes automatically to voicemail but I left a message asking for an appointment. 3 business days later still no reply so I went to the receptionist to ask is there a long waiting list or something. She said because I don't have a personnummer she can't help me and I should talk to the nurse. I talked to the nurse and it turned out that I have to go to the youth clinic because of my age. That means that the receptionist gave me false information that to renew my birth control I should make an appointment here.nnThe only positive of this place was that the nurse was very kind.

We took our daughter to clinic because some red dots appeared on her body. We thought maybe chicken pox or something else.nnDoctor just look at her maybe 2 mins max. Told us to take antibiotics. We were shocked as in Sweden we know that getting antibiotics is very difficult. It was obviously a viral infection not bacterial. He didnt tell us even the result of her blood values.nnI called an online doctor from doctor.se and he also said it is not bacterial. Online doctor can see her pervious conditions and test values. Also he mentioned that he has no idea why the doctor in vårdcentral gave her antibiotic. Also he mentioned that, although they are busy and have to be fast, in such cases he should have look in debth. He also confirmed there is a big chance that it is chicken pox. So we isolate her already from other children. We dont want to infect other children or parents who may not have vaccinated or never had this disease before. It can kill an adult.nnHe didnt even tell us how to use antibiotic. Just go and take from Maxi and use it.nnFinally, if you are doctor you have to be careful and treat people with dignity. If you dont like your job its ok just quit and find something else to do.nnNatural selection is much more forgiving than Nyhem Vardcentral.

Ridiculous behavior. Met a nurse who was angry and yelling, dont know how to deals with the patient. Better to stay home if you have other issues.
