Kind and helpfull staff with expertise, both in the emergency room and maternity ward. During our vacation and 7 months pregnant, I immediately felt that I was in good hands to be helped.

Long waiting time for 5 hours for an emergency condition of my wife's health during the pregnancy. They never cares what the situation we are going through. That was a sleepless night because of these attitude from them. Moreover there were no emergencies I saw there during our waiting time... It's so ridiculous.

4 hours waiting time for an examination of 10minutes and a vaccination. No information or grossly false information about waiting time. I was fourth in queue and non of the patients before me was 1 hour in treatment/examination, I saw no incoming emergency. The bill for foreign patients with private insurance is astounding.nDoctor was okay.

Went to the ER for something that a surgeon said was urgent to be surgically removed due to infection in a really sensitive area.nnWaited for 4 long hours until midnight with pain.nnAn incompetent Doctor came in did an examination of the infected area, said its not an emergency when it clearly is, told me to take painkillers and told me if the problem gets worse, I should visit the patient ward..nnThis was COMPLETELY USELESS! The pain is not gone yet and the worry will never end until the infected lump is removed.....nnPublic healthcare doesnt work well.... Private hospitals work way better!
