I am very disappointed with this health center. The staff is not helpful and does not treat patients in a professional manner. It is difficult to get help when you really need it, and communication is seriously lacking. I expect much better service and treatment in healthcare.

I call to tell her that my daughter has had a fever for a week and very swollen tonsils, she has difficulty eating and it feels like her general condition has worsened, her ear hurts a lot. I need to book an appointment for an examination. Cecilia answers that she will not book a doctor's appointment because it sounds like the flu and that it is important that my daughter rests and that I should continue with pain relief. And that she will not book an appointment because their staff could get infected. That there is a lot of flu going on right now. I ask to book at least one nurse so they can examine her and she answers that she will not do that because she does not feel worried. I tell her that as a mother I am worried and would like my daughter to be examined. She repeats that she will not book an appointment, I tell her that I will report her and then she laughs and hangs up.nUgh

Called to say I wanted to see the doctor I saw before. Wanted to transfer all my medication there, thought it would be easier and also need help adjusting my medications. Spoke to a rude person who just said he has no appointments and that I have to scroll to find another place. Thanks!! Could you check if there was someone else available there.
