No one here is interested in helping you unfortunately. I have never been really happy when I deal with them. Everything from the fact that it was completely impossible to get a hold of a car salesman when I wanted to look at a car to the fact that some people behind the spare parts counter just run away when you come through the door. I bought a car at Toveks in Falköping where we immediately got in touch with the salesman. Later when our other car broke down I got very good service at Toveks in Borås.nIt would have been nice to be able to leave the car locally, not much more than good service and some nice and helpful staff would have been required.

I parked an Audi A6 at Tovek for an AdBlue repair. It should be under warranty. After 4 weeks without hearing anything I called. It said the part hadn't arrived yet, but it should arrive next week. After another 2 weeks and after no one answered the phone on a Friday, I went to the garage to ask. NOTHING was done to the car. no parts ordered or anything like that and then they said it wasn't covered by warranty - it was in the last corner of the yard and the battery was already weak from standing. thanks for nothing Tovek

What service and wonderful salesman! I felt taken care of and left with a wonderful car and had everything shown to me even though there were people waiting for help. Can't recommend anything else! I received the best service you can imagine.

Mats Lundh, the salesman at your place, is an example. Because of my job, I don't have much time to call and stay in touch over the phone. Mats has always been very professional, fast and honest in our contact over email. Next week I'm going down to drive home in my new VW Golf SC! Thanks!!
