Bra service!

Would not recommend Ulricehamns Bil och Kaross in a claim case as I did not get an appointment booked for repair after the claim inspection at the beginning of the summer. They would hear back in August.nIn mid-September, I call and ask what's going on. Then they mean that they must prioritize undriveable cars in the first place. In other words, my case is completely de-prioritized. And they don't know when they will get time for my car. Depending on whether more such cars come in or not.nnOne day they call and want me to hand in my car at short notice. When they intended to work on Saturdays.nThen I haven't had time to arrange a loaner car. And they needed the car for a week.nI arranged a loaner car for 1 year.nBut it dragged on and suddenly they claim that it will take significantly longer. 7-14 working days or what they said. Was not clear from the beginning.nYou have to look for a slower workshop. Because it wasn't about any sheet metal work here.nnThe paint job was a terrible match with the rest of the car's color nHave they even sampled and compared before!?

Thanks for the quick and efficient repair when our brakes went bad! Incredibly happy to get help straight away on Monday morning and be able to roll on again with the motorhome after breakfast :nProfessional treatment by experienced mechanics.

Great service and best reception and friendly staff. Had the brakes replaced at a great price. They are Ulricehamn's best workshop.

Close the door to the coffee room when you talk about various customers, it can be heard very clearly. 5 stars for work done and price.
