It's tiny swedish flak tower/anti-aircraft gun tower.nYou can't usually get inside, but on special occasions they're open for the public.
You should definitely find out when they have a viewing if you want to visit this. Definitely a little interesting text to read at the tower, but otherwise it's just a concrete pillar but barbed wire.
What a view. Exciting story. Take a walk around and see the hydropower too.

A very interesting place. With a beautiful view of nature. The air defense for the Ätran hydroelectric power plants was stationed here.
