I wish they would change the customer service staff on the phone to someone/someones who are significantly nicer. Always so arrogant. They learn that they are at OUR service and not treat us customers as if we are beneath them. Very inappropriate behavior especially considering it's 2022 not 1922. They should be given training on how to behave towards their customers!! Seriously considering changing banks because of their arrogance.

Terrible treatment from a special, female checkout staff. The bank should think about who they let have customer contact. As a long time customer of the bank, I have never before been treated so condescendingly and badly as by this superior, arrogant teller staff.

It's unfortunate that you can't deposit money into your account when the bank is open, but only at certain times.

Best bank if you want personal service!
