UPS MALMO-STURUP GATEWAY

Once again they say that they have tried to deliver. But no one was home. And once again that was complete bs since we was home the whole day waiting for this package to come before Christmas. Then after a day and 3 phone calls to the support, I get a phone call saying they will attempt to deliver in 30 minutes. Did they arrive? No…. A new message from ups comes saying they will make one last attempt before it’s sent back to the sender. The next try will be the next business day…. And now a couple of days later I get another notification that I have requested to change delivery method. Which I hasn’t….. so I have no idea if I ever will receive this package or not. Worst company ever. Avoid if you can.

Why can UPS never deliver to my door? Over the past year I have been working from home, I am home when deliveries are supposed to be made. To gain access to my building the driver needs to call me on the entry. This then calls my mobile so I can open the door. NEVER has this happened. Today I decided to bring this up with UPS. My initial call was met politely and was told someone would call me back. Instead of a call, Ingot an SMS saying the driver rand the door phone and got no reply. Not impressed by the implication that I am lying. UPS please sort yourselves out.

I realised, I am not the only one with these types of feedback. The guys from Malmo Sturup don't care about delivering the parcel. It always returns back to the distribution centre and I think, UPS also does not care about customer services. Else, they might be reading the feedback and take action

One of the worst companies in existence. Globally. They sent me the wrong info, billed me for costs that weren't mine to pay for and two months later they have not refunded that money. I've considered filing a police report for fraud. Take what seems to be many peoples advice and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Normal people have a 9-5 job so why on god's green earth would you try to deliver a package at 10:30 without making an appointment first? Of course I'm not home!nThey also left a note with no information at all. Not where to pick it up, not where to call, no info about when and at what time they'll try to deliver again. Scanning the QR code does not give you any additional information either. Your company is bad and you all should feel bad.
